Job Title: Prompt Engineer
Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Prompt Engineer with a background in machine learning and generative AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, refining, and optimizing AI-generated text prompts to ensure they are accurate, engaging, and relevant for various applications. They will also collaborate with different teams to improve the prompt generation process and overall AI system performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and refine AI-generated text prompts.
- Collaborate with content, product, and data teams to align prompts with company goals and user needs.
- Continuously improve prompt quality, performance, and the overall AI prompt generation process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and generative AI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science,Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- Experience in developing and optimizing AI-generated text prompts.
- Familiarity with large language models such as GPT-3, BART, or T5.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Nightshift: 8pm to 5am
